Dr. Martini is contracted with the following Healthcare Insurance Companies:

Regence, Premera, Blue Cross Blue Shield, First Choice, Uniform, and Cigna.

If you have healthcare coverage through other carriers we will provide you with a bill to submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. We do not bill companies on behalf of patients if we are not contracted with them.

Dr. Martini is NOT contracted with Medicaid or DSHS.

Patients are expected to pay their portion at the time of service as we no longer send bills except for rare situations.

The practice accepts cash, debit/credit card payments for co-pays and out of pocket costs. We only accept personal checks from established patients.

Please have your insurance information ready so we can verify your benefits and advise you of your out-of-pocket charge. If we cannot verify the benefits you will be required to make full payment at time of service.
