Dr. Martini is contracted with major Healthcare Insurance Companies including Regence, Premera, BCBS, 1st Choice, Cigna, among others. Please call our office to find out if you have insurance coverage or out-of-network coverage.

The office is not contracted with United, Aetna, Medicaid or DSHS.

In cases of out-of-network coverage, we will submit billing requests on behalf of the patient for reimbursement. Since some healthcare plans will reimburse the patient directly, we ask that you pay our office at time of service.

The practice accepts cash, check, debit/credit card payment for co-pays and out of pocket costs.
